OUR WORK

At the Hope Dealer Community, we believe recovery isn’t just about resources—it’s about relationships. Addiction, homelessness, and crisis can be isolating, but no one should have to fight their way out alone. That’s why we provide immediate help—detox, treatment, and medical care—without barriers, judgment, or delay. But more importantly, we offer connection: peer support, community, and a place to belong. Built by people who have walked this path, we meet every person with dignity and respect, empowering them not just to survive, but to thrive in sobriety. Because true healing happens together.

(With permission from Cierra, Mike, Jamey and Amanda, and Valerie we post this picture. These wonderful people came to our center in active addiction and homelessness. We lent them our Hope until they found their own.

OUR COMMUNITY

Initially, our shared experiences with addiction united us as The Hope Dealer Community. However, what truly solidifies our bond is our unwavering conviction in the existence of a solution. This shared belief has instilled hope within us, and we carry this message with us wherever we go. Hope is found here.

The photos (left) are from The Hope Gathering. The Hope Gathering is one of the five recovery meetings held at The Hope Resource Center every week. The Hope Gathering is a recovery-based, inclusive meeting that acts as a bridge between the streets and faith. We are a people who desire to work on our recovery while strengthening our relationship with our Higher Power. We work the Twelve Steps. All personal beliefs and values are welcome.

HOW YOU CAN HELP

Relationship building through compassionate care has been a proven model for Hope. You may help by donating wish list items or make a cash donation which allows for us to buy needed items directly. The grant funding we receive covers all operating expenses and as a result, 100% of your cash donations go directly in service to our brothers and sisters living on the streets battling addiction and homelessness! The Hope Resource Center receives grant funding from Franklin County Office of Justice Policy & Programs, Franklin County Public Health and the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services.

For more information on making a donation or volunteering, please contact us.

(Thanks to two of our amazing volunteers, Robbin and Alyssa, for their time and dedication. None of this works without our volunteers!!)
